We are introducing briefly the subjects included in the Adam Smith College of Management curriculum.
All our programmes are result of rigorous in-house development and are duly approved by the Ministry of Education, as required by Bulgarian law. The training contents itself and the training module duration depend on the chosen speciality/major. All subjects are delivered on modular basis. Exams follow directly at module end. In general, there are four or five modules in a standard academic term (October-February and March-June).

The module looks at quantitative methods from the business perspective - distributions, sampling, stratification, means, etc.
Business Psychology
The module includes everything that a successful manager needs to know about human interactions in an organisational setting. A fun module, Business Psychology features lots of case studies and simulations.
Business Law
Language Skills
Language skills modules reiterates basic language rules and focuses on document formats and essay writing.
Public Administration and European Integration
The module provides insight into the structure and responsibilities of both national and EU-level administration bodies.
Information and Communication Technologies
The ICT module is focused on the daily routine of office work - word processing, spreadsheets, business presentations, networking. As we believe strongly in open-source philosophy, training is based on OpenOffice in Linux (Ubuntu) environment.
English Language
This module has been completely re-engineered in 2006 and now features mutlimedia software with voice recording and visualisation features. In addition, several multimedia packages have been bought and integrated into a complete set of business and economics related content. Teachers now guide students throug intriguing moments in human civilisation while focusing on evolution of society and enterprise, thus complementing the mainstream business modules.
