asThe NTC and Adam Smith College of Management Director, Mr Andrey "Andy" Stoycheff, is a former business consultant. His professional experience relates to  business planning, re-structuring programmes, investment analysis and strategic management within small and medium enterprises in Bulgaria and also many international projects and programmes.

Mr Stoycheff is in charge of the overall activities of the organization, recruitment and assessment of training professionals. He also manages the international activities in which the College participates - such as projects, seminars and workshops. Contact languages for Mr Stoycheff: gbfritruptes

 

bpMrs Buba Portokalska manages the Training Department, the heart of the College, as well as relating to media and the key clients of the College. She has significant experience in the area of education and is also partner and direcotr of NTC.  Mrs Portokalska arranges all extra-curricular activities and short-term trainings in Bulgaria and abroad. msMrs Lubka Valcheva is the administrative secretary at Adam Smith College of Management. She is in charge of database entries and day-to-day operations, including administrative paperwork. She also coordinates and provides back-office support for all of the College's projects. Mrs Valcheva has long experience in administering vocational and higher education training programmes.

 

 

 

Last but not least, members of our team also are: 

Mrs Petya Nenkova (finance and bookeeping), Mr Alexander Dyankov and Mr Vasil Tankov (administrative and legal advisors), Mrs Antonia Sorokina (research and information).
