The 'National Training Center' (NTC) is a private educatonal institution, with experience and traditions related to adults training. Our mission includes delivery of up-to-date, useful, flexible practically oriented programmes, which help our students enhance their skills and professional careers.
The Center implements its activities directly or through 'Adam Smith' College of Management, an organization for vocational training, leading to a professional qualification, duly licensed by the Ministry of Education.
All of the College programmes are developed in-house.They are also updated regularly by our lecturers. The advice of leading specialists in the fields of Economics and Management, lets us keep our students aware of the newest practices.
Our main purpose has not been altered during the last few years, namely to apply the optimal ballance between the theoretical knowledge and practical skills in each business related subject. Thus, the students have the opportunity to carry out correct analyses and make right decisions. In this respect, our experience so far shows we have achieved much success in the areas NTC is specialised. And despite that, we continue to improve the details of our training approach to make it even better.
The key factor in all teaching programmes we provide is the collaboration between lecturers and students. We also strongly encourage the individual approach towards the students.
In addition, we are striving to minimize the lecture-oriented method in teaching, still popular in state education institutions in Bulgaria.
Once students have become well aware of the subject theory, the lecturers encourage them to demonstrate initiative and creativity through discussions.

Aside of curricula, NTC offers many seminars and workshops to its students. All activities relate to problems of the present day, in areas such as economy, trade and management.
